In the United States and Canada, ConocoPhillips markets an average of 8.8 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day and controls more than 500 megawatts of power.
We are a full-service energy marketer with regional expertise in all aspects of gas marketing including fuels procurement, transportation, storage, and risk management. In addition, we manage the natural gas and power needs of ConocoPhillips' refineries, processing facilities, and power plants.
Our significant natural gas assets in Canada, the Gulf of Mexico, South Texas, and the San Juan and Permian Basins help ensure reliable fuel supply for our customers in regions across North America. ConocoPhillips Power Marketing & Trading is active in ERCOT, Entergy, SPP and WSCC, all areas in which ConocoPhillips has power generation assets.
